Ingredients to make Kimbap seaweed roll
- Hot rice (3 cups of rice)
- Chicken eggs: 2-3 eggs.
- Sausages or maggots.
- Carrots: 2 tubers.
- Cucumber: 2 fruits.
- Vegetables: 1 bunch.
- Large dried seaweed: 1 pack.
- Rice vinegar: 1/3 cup.
- Sugar: 4 tbsp.
- Salt: 1 tbsp.
- Sesame oil: 1 tbsp.
How to make seaweed roll kimbap
Step 1: Evenly dissolve salt, sugar, vinegar
First you take a large bowl and pour the sugar + salt + vinegar and mix well until the sugar and salt dissolve evenly in the vinegar.
Step 2: Mix rice with mixed vinegar
You add the rice to mix well with the vinegar mixed in step 1 (note that the rice is still hot) and you can add 1 tbsp of sesame oil if you like. Then you use a damp towel and cover the rice and let the rice cool.
Step 3: Cucumber, sliced carrot
You take the carrots to shave the shell, wash and slice the carrots into long bars and put them in the ceiling through with hot water for about 3 to 5 minutes for the carrot to be softer (similarly you also make cucumbers like that but do not need to ceiling through hot water).
Step 4: Fry chicken eggs and sausages and slice them

Step 5: Boil vegetables

Next you put about 1/2 cup of rice spread evenly on 2/3 pieces of seaweed. If you have rice stuck in your hands, you can dip your hands in water prepared for sticking (should be limited).
You put the pre-prepared filling of carrots, vegetables, cucumbers, sausages and eggs on top of the rice.
You slowly keep the ingredients from being shoved and curled and adjusted so that the rice roll is tight. Just like that, you roll until the seaweed is finished.
Step 7: Apply sesame oil to kimbap
You rub some sesame oil in the palm of your hand and rub it evenly on the surface of the kimbap.
Step 8: Cut the kimbap and enjoy
Finally, you wash it with a sharp knife and dip through the water (to cut it more easily) and cut the kimbap into 1-1.5cm in pieces.
